Chiropractor
Ruben’s work centres on improving joint and muscle function, reducing discomfort, and helping people move and perform more optimally. He also encourages healthy lifestyle changes to improve quality of life and maintain independence.

His introduction to chiropractic began when he saw the benefits of treatment on a family member with sciatica. Witnessing how hands-on care could ease pain and restore function inspired him to pursue the profession. Having been involved in sport throughout childhood and adult life, Ruben has also experienced first-hand the positive impact chiropractic can have on sports injuries.

After five years of study, Ruben graduated with a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) from the prestigious AECC School of Chiropractic. He primarily uses the diversified technique to assess and treat, and has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints.

Outside of practice, Ruben maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys football, golf, and tennis, and also makes time to train regularly in the gym.
