MEET THE TEAM
Maria-Helena's emphasis with her work is on posture and the integrity of the mind-body connection. Her journey to becoming a chiropractor started while growing up near the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth which inspired her to view the healthcare in a completely different way.
Six years later, with a creative degree and a sports massage qualification under her belt she started at the McTimoney College in Manchester which offered where she learned the McTimoney technique, exclusive to the college.
With over 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, her mission is to be part of your health and wellness routine. The goal is for you to feel improved functionality and performance, by optimising the connection to your body.
Theresa is always happy to help with any queries, bookings and ready to answer any questions you may have. She has seen Triumph Chiropractic grow from strength to strength over the years, and regularly gets adjusted.
